My account
Here's how to recover your login and password:
- To retrieve your password, click on "My account" at the top of the home page, then "Forgot your password?".
- Enter the e-mail address you used to create your account. You will receive an e-mail containing a temporary link to reset your password.
- You can then access your account and personalise your password in the "Information" section.
Log in to your "My account" area using your e-mail address and password, and you will then be able to change your account details. You will find information such as your e-mail address and password in the "Information" section. You can also change your addresses in the "Addresses" section.
Your information is safe with Huawei Air Blower. We undertake to use your account information solely for commercial purposes in connection with our company. You may exercise your right to access, modify, rectify or delete data concerning you in accordance with Article 34 of the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978.
If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, there are 2 ways to unsubscribe:
- Firstly, by clicking on the link "If you no longer wish to receive our newsletters, follow this link" directly in one of our newsletters.
- You can also go to the Huawei Air Blower site, in the "Information" section of your account.
If you are unable to receive our e-mails correctly, here are a few solutions:
- Make sure that our e-mails are not classified as spam or junk mail by your anti-spam software or your Internet service provider.

My orders
Access your basket at any time during your visit to the site. You'll find your basket in the top right-hand corner of the home page. When you click on the "Basket" button, you are immediately taken to the detailed summary of your basket.
It couldn't be simpler! You have two options for adding products to your shopping basket:
- Go to the main menu and select the category of your choice. Then browse through the categories to find the items that interest you. Then select "Add to basket".
- Add products directly from their product sheet.
Order online now! Here's how it works: choose the category you're interested in, select the items you want to buy and add them to your shopping basket. Then go to your basket or click on "Checkout".
You will then be able to place your order, after creating your account (if you are a new customer) or after logging in (if you already have a Huawei Air Blower online customer account).
Fill in all the required fields (address, delivery method, payment). Your order will be considered confirmed once you have ticked the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and clicked on "Order". Please note: your order will be processed by our services as soon as we receive your payment.
Get a quote easily with our online quote request form. You can request a quote for any of the items on our site, simply by following the steps below:

- Click on "request a made-to-measure quote".

- Go directly to "Bulk order" (top of the site)
- Fill in the form with the products you are interested in
- Send your quote request
As soon as we receive your completed form, our Customer Service team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Our technical teams have implemented rigorous test protocols to ensure the quality of our wind tunnels. The tests were carried out in conditions similar to those you might encounter in your workplace, to ensure the safe and effective use of our products.

Our site is aimed at private and professional customers.
By default, all prices quoted on our site are exclusive of VAT.
If you are a private individual or a professional with an intra-Community VAT number, prices will be displayed inclusive of tax when you confirm your delivery and invoicing address.
For orders to countries outside the European Union, prices are shown exclusive of tax. However, these orders may be subject to taxes and customs duties in the country of destination. These costs and related formalities are the responsibility of the customer/consignee. They must be paid to the carrier at the time of delivery.
This depends on the progress of your order. If your order is already in "preparation in progress" status, we can no longer modify it. For all other requests, please contact Customer Services, giving your order number and the reference number of your product(s) using the contact form.
As long as your quotation has not been validated by you, you can modify it at any time. To do so, simply contact our Customer Service department with your quotation number and specify the items to be changed by telephone on +33 1 56 31 31 80 or via our contact form. You can also simply send a new request for a quote by email, and our Customer Service team will contact you to find out whether you wish to add to or replace the quote you have already received.
All orders recorded by our services are notified to the customer by e-mail (Order Confirmation). Your order is prepared by our services as soon as payment is received and validated by our banking partner.
When you validate your quote request, you will shortly receive a confirmation email from our services summarising your quote request, as well as the contact details of our Customer Service department. They will get back to you as soon as possible to finalise your request.
You can find the details of your order, as well as your previous orders, in your account in the "My orders" section. You can also find and print out your invoices in PDF format.
You can find the details of your quotation, as well as your previous quotation requests, in your account under the heading "History and details of my Orders". You can also find your current quotes, your validated quotes and your proforma invoices in *.PDF format and print them out.
Do you have a promotional code for your next online purchase and would like to use it? Nothing could be simpler: after selecting your items, go to your shopping basket (top right of the screen), enter your promotional code in the box provided (promotional code) and then click "Add". Your promotional code will be taken into account and displayed in orange.

Huawei Air Blower offers :
- Online payment by credit card: Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, Cofinoga, JCB, Aurore Cetelem, Diners, Sofinco. Card payments are always made in euros.
- Payment by Paypal
- Payment by bank transfer

The security of your payments and your personal information is our priority. For this reason, our site uses a secure SSL (Secure Socket Layer) payment method that encrypts your bank details when they are transmitted over the network. Your data only travels in encrypted form, making it completely unreadable and inaccessible to third parties. You can check that the transmission is encrypted by looking for the padlock symbol in your browser. The transaction is carried out via the CYBERPLUS online payment system of our banking partner, BANQUE POPULAIRE, which is the only entity to have access to your banking information. When you enter your card number to make a purchase, your bank details are sent directly to our partner bank, BANQUE POPULAIRE, which stores them on a highly secure server. Neither Huawei Air Blower nor our technical service provider has access to this information.
Here are the steps to follow if you encounter payment problems:
- Check your payment card details and those provided to Huawei Air Blower (surname, first name, card number etc.).
- Try the transaction again.
- Consult your bank to find out if a payment limit is preventing you from carrying out the transaction.
If the problem persists, contact your bank to find out more about the reasons for the block.
