Returns Management

All products presented on the Huawei Air Blower France website, are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty includes: returns management, diagnosis, repair, replacement, return of the product to the buyer. The 1-year warranty does not take into account product misuse, i.e. use contrary to what has been indicated in the user manual.

You have just purchased a product on the Huawei Air Blower website,, and you want to return it to us because it has malfunctions? Here is the procedure to follow:

1 - You contact us by email at or by phone at 01 76 54 54 50 94 indicating:
- the date of your purchase
- the number of your order
- the references of your product
- the failure found

2 - Upon receipt of your request, we will register your return request and you must return your product to us at your expense within 30 days to the following address:
Huawei Air Blower, 6 rue Louis Delplace, 93700 Drancy, France

3 - Upon receipt of your product, we carry out a diagnosis of the failure found. If it is an internal problem: the replacement of the product at our expense (factory defect / design). You will be kept informed of the progress of your request by email.

If it is a defect in use, we will present you a repair quotation for validation.

4 - Once the product has been replaced, we will return it to you at your delivery address. The cost of returning the product to the sender is covered by Huawei Air Blower.
If it is a defect in use, the cost of returning the product to the sender will be at your expense.
